Nail Down is a DBA of SGC Services LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Nail Down platform at naildownnow.com and its related services.

By using Nail Down, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

Business name, contact name, email address, and phone number during onboarding
Trade type, service area, and Google review link
Billing and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

Information received from integrations:

From Jobber: Quote details (customer name, phone number, job title, estimate amount, quote status), job completion data, and account identifiers via OAuth-authorized API access
From Twilio: SMS delivery status, message SIDs, and delivery timestamps

End customer information:

Your customers’ names and phone numbers as provided by your Jobber account for the purpose of sending automated SMS messages on your behalf

Automatically collected:

Basic web analytics (page views, referral source) via privacy-respecting analytics
Workflow execution logs for debugging and service reliability

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Send automated SMS follow-ups and review requests on your behalf to your customers
Generate personalized message content using your business context and customer details
Maintain and improve the Nail Down platform
Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues
Send you service-related communications (onboarding, account updates, billing)
Monitor system health and prevent abuse

3. How We Generate Your Messages

Nail Down uses Anthropic’s Claude API to generate personalized SMS messages. Customer names, job details, and your business context are sent to the Claude API for message generation. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models. Generated messages are stored temporarily in our database to facilitate delivery and are not used for any purpose other than the intended SMS send.

4. SMS and Messaging

Nail Down sends SMS messages on your behalf through Twilio. By connecting your account to Nail Down:

You represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from your customers to receive SMS communications, consistent with TCPA requirements and applicable law
All messages are sent from a Nail Down-managed phone number registered under our Twilio A2P (Application-to-Person) verified campaign
Message frequency varies
Message and data rates may apply
End customers may opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes

5. Third-Party Services

We share information only with the third-party services necessary to operate Nail Down:

Jobber — field service data via authorized OAuth connection
Twilio — SMS delivery
Anthropic (Claude API) — message generation by our system
Airtable — operational database
Stripe — payment processing
DigitalOcean — infrastructure hosting
Cloudflare — DNS, SSL, and content delivery

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information or your customers’ information to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.

5a. Advertising measurement (optional, separate from SMS)

If you arrive from a Nail Down ad and you opt in, we may use Meta Pixel (browser) and Meta Conversions API (server) to measure that you started a trial. That is advertising measurement only. It is not required to use the trial. It is not product-SMS consent. Categories may include a unique event id, landing page path, hashed contact fields Meta uses for matching, and click ids such as fbclid. We do not send homeowner names, quote text, job details, or SMS message bodies to Meta. You can use the trial with measurement declined. This paragraph is an operational disclosure, not legal advice.

Pixel and CAPI stay off until a Pixel/dataset ID is configured and you have opted in. Empty configuration does not send events.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured infrastructure hosted by DigitalOcean and Airtable, both located in the United States. We protect your data using:

HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
OAuth 2.0 token-based authentication for Jobber integration (we never store Jobber passwords)
HMAC-SHA256 webhook signature verification on all inbound Jobber requests
API keys stored securely and rotated on a regular schedule
Cloudflare Zero Trust access controls on administrative interfaces

7. Data Retention

We retain your business account data for as long as your account is active. Quote and customer data is retained for up to 12 months after the associated follow-up sequence completes, or until you request deletion. Workflow execution logs are retained for 30 days for debugging purposes.

If you disconnect your Jobber account or cancel your Nail Down subscription, we will pause all automated messaging immediately and delete your stored data within 30 days of your request.

8. Your Rights

You may at any time:

Request a copy of the data we hold about your account
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Disconnect your Jobber integration (which immediately pauses all automations)

9. Children’s Privacy

Nail Down is a business-to-business service and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
